About

Phil is a tenacious and creative design leader that brings an unorthodox sensibility to the delivery of successful customer experience and innovation programs.

His key strengths are an ability to fall in love with problems and decipher their inherent complexity through the application of different thinking styles (design, systems, creative), whilst working across functions to drive elegant solutions from early concept through to final implementation and iteration.

Taking a hands on approach, he is fully at ease conducting interviews, generating insight from data, articulating opportunities and being a strong voice for people and their needs.

Phil is equally adept at workshop facilitation, ideation and can confidently prototype both digital and physical solutions.
